This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; EU entity: Cloudflare Germany GmbH). Every visit is processed as a server log — IP address, browser and device information, referring page, and timestamp — to deliver the page and protect it against abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer of this data to the US. Log data is kept only as long as operationally necessary and is not combined with anything else we hold.
The typefaces used on this site (Fraunces and Inter) are hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google or any other third party. No data about you is transmitted anywhere when these fonts load.
Buying the guide takes you to a checkout hosted by Payhip, which acts as merchant of record for the sale. Payhip processes your payment and delivery details (email address, payment method, country) under its own privacy policy and terms — we never see or store your card details ourselves. Check Payhip's own privacy policy at checkout for the details of that processing.
If you email us, we process whatever you send — your address and message content — to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), and delete it once your query is resolved unless we're legally required to keep it longer (for example, invoices).
This site does not set cookies and does not run any analytics or tracking scripts of its own.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the data we hold about you, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
